How do I set an alarm?

From the Home screen, tap the "+" button to create a new alarm. Choose your wake-up time, select your preferred days, and customise the alarm sound. Toni will be ready to wake you up!

Why didn't my alarm go off?

Make sure Toni Alarm is allowed to send notifications. Go to your device's Settings > Notifications > Toni Alarm and ensure notifications are enabled. Also check that your phone's volume is turned up and Do Not Disturb is off (or Toni Alarm is added as an allowed app).

How does the bedtime reminder work?

Set your expected bedtime in Settings. Toni will send you a gentle reminder before your bedtime to help you wind down and stick to a healthy sleep routine.

How do I manage my subscription?

Your subscription is managed through Apple. To view, change, or cancel your subscription, go to your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Toni Alarm.

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Toni Alarm, go to Settings, and tap "Restore Purchases". This will restore your subscription if you've previously subscribed using the same Apple ID.

Can I use Toni Alarm on multiple devices?

Yes! As long as you're signed in with the same Apple ID, your subscription will be available across all your devices. Use "Restore Purchases" in Settings to activate it on a new device.

How do I cancel the free trial?

You can cancel at any time during your 3-day free trial without being charged. Go to your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Toni Alarm > Cancel Subscription.

The app is not working properly. What should I do?

Try the following steps:

• Make sure you're running the latest version of Toni Alarm from the App Store.
• Restart the app by closing it completely and reopening it.
• Restart your device.
• If the issue persists, contact us at support@tonialarm.com with a description of the problem and your device model and iOS version.
